The Coordinated Assistance Network is committed to delivering a
dynamic digital Resource Directory worthy of our diverse,
community-focused audience. The CAN prioritizes up-to-date partner
profiles and their latest opportunities. Connecting directory
users to accurate, real-time information establishes a system of
trust and fulfillment. Site users experience a connected
community, where the benefits they seek and the assistance they
may need is readily searchable and accessible.
CAN’s essence is in sharing the vast capability of community-based
collaborators. As such, the CAN operation supports the work to
address systemic inequities in access to resources, like the
Portal. Together, the CAN advances and celebrates diversity,
fights discrimination, fosters inclusion, and advocates for equity
in every aspect. As a diverse set of industry professionals who
collectively and individually contribute valuable initiatives and
practices, partner organizations often share neighborhoods with
other service providers. We all look forward to sharing a Resource
Directory that fosters coordinated care in the interest of
individuals seeking services.
Agencies, entities, and organizations who may not require the full
CAN platform, may still be listed and found by registering as an
available provider in the Resource Directory. This responsibility
is to ensure the contact information and the benefits they offer
are always current, as they will be subject to ratings by the
applicants whom they engage with, as well as a quarterly review by
the CAN admin to promote good standing with all partners. If
