To manage and track your surveys, please create a free CAN account. Once your account is created, you may save, store, share and even compare surveys you’ve taken over time. If you choose not to create an account, you may take each assessment and save the results yourself. In either instance, at no time will your results be seen by anyone but you unless you choose to share them.
